WHERE NOTHING HAPPENS
(AND EVERYTHING GETS DONE).

The Living Light Lounge membership is is built around a physical location – the Lounge (located in San Rafael, CA) and therefor is best suited for those living in the SF Bay Area. We do host an on-going virtual forum to stay in touch between events and to share resources and some of the events can also be joined via zoom so you are absolutely welcome to join this community even if you live away.

WHAT HAPPENS
IN THE LIVING LIGHT LOUNGE?

Nothing. This is a place to practice doing nothing – to contemplate and to be present with your surroundings. I used to do this with my grandmother on her porch. We would not say a word for hours at a time, except perhaps when one of us was ready for another cup of coffee. We would just sit there, looking at her garden.
Meditation. We have a Meditation Happy Hour / Open House Monday – Wednesday – Friday 3pm-6pm PT.
Community. What’s more powerful than a person connecting with their Inner Being? When a group of people do it! Together we create a powerful field that ripples into the streets and neighborhoods.
Workshops. These are an opportunity to refine our tools so that we have more resources to care for our well-being, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
Rituals. We honor the cycles and traditions by gathering on certain days to show respect for the natural and cultural anchor points.
Compassion. Kuan Yin, the Goddess of Compassion and Mercy, is the comforter through uncertainty, despair and fear. That’s why she was chosen to be the guardian of this space.
